Can I adjust my booking once deposit has been paid?
Yes, we can make alterations to your booking but there may be a small surcharge required.
Are buggies included in the package?
Buggies are generally not included but can be requested. If your booking includes buggies it will show in your quote / booking confirmation.
Can you arrange caddies?
Caddies can be pre-booked in advance, subject to availability. The caddie rate will be shown on your quote / booking confirmation (excluding gratuity), which must be paid directly to the caddie in cash on the day of play.
Can I include non-golfers in my booking?
Yes, of course. Non-golfers are welcome and will be included in your accommodation booking.
What time can I check-in to our accommodation?
Check-in times vary depending on venue. Most standard check-in times are from 15:00 onwards, which will be confirmed at time of booking. Early check-in and late check-out may be available, which is likely subject to a charge.
What happens if there is bad weather and I can’t play my rounds of golf?
Bad weather and course maintenance is considered to be an accepted part of playing golf. Although neither can be guaranteed, in the event of a course being closed during your break we will try and source a credit for a round in the future at the same course or a refund.
Is your advertised prices based on two people sharing?
All prices advertised on the website are based on two people sharing a standard double or a standard twin room unless otherwise stated. However, any tour can be customed to fit around your requirements.
Can you organise car hire?
We can arrange car hire for your trip. Please contact us prior to booking or should you wish to add it on at a later date please give as much notice as possible.
What happens if someone drops out?
Non-refundable deposits will be held and supplier cancellation fees may apply. Pricing would also be subject to change.
Is my deposit and final balance protected?
In accordance with ”The Package Travel, Package Tours Regulations” all passengers are fully insured for the initial deposit, and subsequently the balance of monies paid. Your money is fully protected and is held within an independent Trust Account, managed by Protected Trust Services Ltd.
How much is my deposit?
The sum of deposit will depend on the content of the tour. This will be confirmed in the booking confirmation.
When do I need to pay the final balance?
Final balance is due 10 weeks prior to your departure date. Dates will be confirmed in the booking confirmation.
